对外经贸大温哥华“小升初”教育讲座成功举办

10月4日晚，由对外经济贸易大学加拿大校友会与加中专业会计师协会联合举办了一场别开生面的子女教育公益讲座, 介绍温哥华地区小学升中学信息，此次活动得到了大温地区百余位家长们的广泛关注和积极参与。

对外经贸大加拿大校友会会长冯昕代表加中专业会计师协会和对外经贸大校友会主持了本次讲座。他简单介绍了两个社团的基本情况和举办本次活动的初衷目的，之后向广大来宾介绍了本次讲座的学生嘉宾及其家长。

到场的八位优秀学生嘉宾分别代表了温哥华地区各有特色的mini schools，包括UTP(UBC少年班)， Point Grey Mini，Churchill French Immersion，Magee Leadership，St. George’s (Private School)，Lord Byng Arts Mini， Churchill的Synergy, Prelude 以及 IB项目。他们有些擅长音乐美术舞蹈，有些是体育名将包括加拿大全国冠军，有些是学生会干部和主席，有些能讲英法中三语。 Continue reading
